I'd like help with the identification of this photograph, which I think was probably taken in Daisy Hill Westhoughton, as that's where all my mother's family were from.
Could it date from the late 1800s? I always believed that my grandmother Esther Horrocks was in the photograph, but she was born in 1885, which would make this a very early school photo.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I hav very similar of my grandmother taken about 1885 in Hull Yorkshire so I think your dates are correct
